Chun Li from Street Fighter, nicknamed the “Strongest Woman in the World” by Ryu.
I tried out the loaded palette knife in Painter for the time for this and really like it. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would to get used to it. 
Also messed with lens correction in Photoshop, and added the usual effects I use.
